The following instructions for finishing the collar were omitted from the single PDF pattern:

Collar: With RS facing, using circular needle, beg at left shoulder seam, pick up and k10 sts along left front neck edge, k18 sts from holder, pick up and k10 sts along right front neck edge, then 24 sts across back neck edge – 62 sts. Mark for beg of rnd and carry marker up. Work even in St st for 5”. Purl 1 rnd, knit 1 rnd, purl 1 rnd. Bind off.
